“Am I going to put the weight back on?”
I hear that a a lot. Given the yo-yoing that most people do it is understandable.
The good news = as long as you continue to do what you did to get the weight off it will stay off.
The bad news = you have to continue to do whatever it is you did to keep the weight of.
Weight gain is caused by two things - lack of exercise and/or poor nutrition. So as long as you do not repeat the poor habits that added the weight on, you will keep it off.
