Question the Conventional

Sick

I am sick. I mean like sick-sick. I think I have the flu…or possibly I am under a curse. I am not sure which one. But I can say that I absolutely 100% believe that the way I feel right now is directly related to how crappy I ate over the past few weeks. I haven’t worked out in a few weeks and because of that I let my diet slip. I substituted:

All natural peanut butter –> Regular peanut butter (which is loaded with sugar and preservatives)

No bread –> Bread at least once a day (have you ever looked at the nutrition label on most breads?)

No fast food –> Fast food every other day (I read in Men’s Health one time about a nutritionist who brings a McDonald’s hamburger with her to every nutrition lecture she did. She bought the hamburger in the 90’s. No mold, no bugs, still looks exactly the way it did when she bought. She just keeps it refrigerated. Figure that one out)

High quality protein –> Low quality protein or no protein at all

Vitamins and supplements –> Preservatives and additives

Eating every three hours –> Eating three times a day

Eating breakfast every day –> Brunch is the first meal of the day

Looking back on all the things that I changed, my diet profile now looks more like a first time client I would see.

Holy shit! Is this how people feel all the time who eat like that?

I am the sickest that I have been in over 3 years, coincidentally I am also eating the worse. Correlation? I think so.
